Job Description:
Responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of benefits programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives
- Coordinate workers’ compensation claims with third-party administrator
- Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are properly registered in payroll-
- Process eligibility reports and communicate to the stores/employees
- Work with TPA on COBRA Administration
- Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork Effectively interpret FMLA and State specific
- leave programs as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
- Assist with the annual enrollment process
