Job Description:
A recruiting manager works jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees. As a recruiting manager you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones.

Job Responsibilities:
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Manage the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Ensure constant development of the team
- Ensure that all hiring needs (both stores and corporate) are met on timely manner
- Constantly look for new solutions to improve the hiring process
- Conduct market analysis to make sure that the Company’s offer is always competitive (hourly rates, benefits)
- Oversee the employer branding projects (social media, cooperation with external organizations)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Cooperate with external agencies in case of challenging hiring processes
- Coordinate the cooperation with temporary employees agencies
- Responsibility for budget preparation and control
- Responsible for implementation of Company projects
- Close cooperation with Human Resources Managers to have a full understanding of the hiring situation in retail stores
- Responsible for selection process for corporate and management positions (entire process)
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Coordinate the cooperation with schools and universities
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in HR field
- Min. 5 years of experience in managing multiple recruitment processes
- Min. 3 years of experience in team management
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
- High level of Ms Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive
- Team player and ability to work autonomously when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Quick learner, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility and problem solving attitude
- Degree in Human Resources
- Experience in retail will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of store’s operations and organization
- Commercial focus and business understanding
