Job Description:

A Radio Optimization Technical Lead will will get acquainted with and contribute to the different aspects of radio testing and optimization activities

Job Responsibilities:

Act as mentor and holding on job training for a group of optimization experts.
Provide support to radio optimization team in the area of performance management and network fine-tuning.
Technical lead for major projects and trials related to introduction of new techniques/ vendors/ products.
Come up with initiatives to improve Radio optimization workflow Processes with external entities and cost saving initiatives as well.

Job Requirements:

Creative thinking & Problem-solving capability, Teamwork spirit, Communications skills to interact with other parties internally/externally.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including use of Access applications is required.
Basic knowledge of Unix commands is preferred.
Good command of English language.
Experience with drive test equipment and optimization activities.
Strong Background on mobile communication network and radio optimization.
