Job Description:
The Integrated Assurance team have a unique position in the organisation as our scope takes in topics such as quality, HSE and asset management and our coverage includes internal operations and the whole supply chain. You will join a diverse team of professional auditors to deliver a varied plan of audits of the internal management system and external supply chain. As part of this team you will be leading audits from the annual plan from start to finish. We are looking for an organised self-starter who can ensure delivery while managing a variety of stakeholders including senior management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify significant issues with the efficiency or effectiveness of the management system and ensure that owners take effective action to address it;
- Deliver audits of the TfL supply chain against contract requirements including review of supplier management systems;
- Engage with stakeholders to plan and organise assignments and share good practice and lessons from across the organisation;
- Prioritise and deliver audits or advisory reviews to provide assurance to senior management on Quality, HSE or Asset management performance;
- Document audit work efficiently and accurately, evaluating the evidence to draw appropriate conclusions and draft clear and concise reports;
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of management system standards such as ISO9001:2015;
- Degree level of education or relevant professional experience;
- Experience of working in a similar industry or large public organisation
- Hold a relevant professional audit qualification e.g. IRCA lead auditor;
- Experience in auditing management systems internally or in the supply chain;
- Experience in providing consultancy or advisory work on relevant topics e.g. HSE, quality, asset management;
- Hold a relevant qualification in an applicable subject e.g. NEBOSH diploma
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practice;
- Experience of working for TfL, it’s supply chain or a similar transport organisation
- Experience in providing consultancy or advisory assignments
