Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee completion of daily opening and closing procedures
- Respond to guest and team member needs
- Report to Supervisors and Managers regarding the status of projects
- Utilize problem solving skills to ensure positive guest resolutions as needed
- Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Oversee assigned operating area
- Ensure a safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
- Ensure strict adherence to all cash handling procedures
- Responsible for overseeing and completing opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas, and follow up on any opportunities to improve
- Responsible for the development of OJT’s and team members by providing training, feedback and coaching.
- Create and maintain unit’s team rotation grid
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
- Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to be trained and certified at all attractions (Rides and Shows)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park
- Must be able to climb stairs and/or walk in sand
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of guests and team members
- Must be able to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification
