To work on preparing market analysis, strategic analysis and financial modelling for FIG clients in the sector,

as well as advising clients on their strategy and the successful implementation of transactions

Job Responsibilities:

Gathering public information through numerous sources
Generating dividend discount models and other models for valuation metrics
Building company forecast models
Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side and/or financing assignments
Producing and maintaining various databases
General research
Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
