Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible to lead the Office of the CEO and be responsible for managing special, transformational and strategic projects initiated by the Chief Executive Officer. This role is also expected to assist with the Fund’s Project Management Committee to provide oversight on all projects undertaken by the Fund.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and direct the strategic support functions in the office of the CEO.
- Identify, consolidate, plan and coordinate strategic projects to enhance service delivery.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and implement monitoring and reporting tools and frameworks to ensure achievement of projects goals.
- Ensure development of project charters business case, risk and issue logs and quality management plans for all the projects.
- Develop and proactively monitor project implementation.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field @ NQF Level 7.
- Post Graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree/ Business Qualification @ NQF Level 8 will be an added advantage.
- Professional Project Management Certification will be advantageous.
- Relevant 10 – 12 years’ management experience within projects or programme management.
- Exposure to business transformation; which includes significant effort of business process engineering and facilities rollout.
