Responsible for all High Court matters within the Fund and to offer litigation services accordingly.

Job Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 Legal qualification with Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Right of appearance in the High Court. :
- 5 to 7 years relevant post- graduation or post-admission legal experience of which 2 years must have been in the area of expertise (personal injury litigation).
