- You will have excellent customer service skills, both face to face and via the telephone as well as excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
- You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You will have experience using large databases with confidential information.
- You will also have experience of reconciling customer accounts and a good working experience of spreadsheets.
