Speke Hall is a distinctive black and white Tudor house situated on the banks of the River Mersey. This is a demanding, yet rewarding time to join the property as the team is currently working hard to deliver an ambitious master plan. Speke Hall has plenty of opportunities within customer service and the visitor experience for those who would like to make a contribution to the growth and development of this unique property.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote events, offers, products and benefits of actively supporting the National Trust
Working alongside a big staff team and volunteers in delivering outstanding customer service across the property
Support across the property/portfolio when required
Working on our property tills selling admission tickets, processing payments of activities and events and promoting our Growing Support strategy
(Memberships/Donations/Fundraising)
Support in the delivery of events at times throughout the year
Working across our welcoming and admitting visitors to the property, providing information and orientation

Job Requirements:

Good understanding of the National Trust and what we do
Ability to work well in a team or on your own
A willingness to learn new skills
Genuine enthusiasm for working with people
Excellent customer service skills
