Job Description:
Customer Lending Solutions (CLS) team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leader to join the CLS team to support business customers. The Lead, CLS is responsible for the leadership, development and capability uplift of the Deal Ready Associates to support Business Bankers to deliver a superior customer service for all lending transactions. The Lead will drive operational efficiency and productivity and ensure we meet our risk and compliance obligations whilst supporting our customers to achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leading your team of Associates with simple and complex lending of loans, increases, decreases and renewals
- Responsibility for the Associates’ input quality, file compliance, operational efficiency, customer NPS and time to decision for all Business and Private Banking initiated lending
- Proactive management of risk, all policy and compliance requirements and controls
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and advocacy are achieved through work delivered for our Bankers
- Inspiring, engaging and enabling your team to continue building their expertise at NAB
Job Requirements:
- You’ll bring a breadth of experience in lending processes, credit, and financial analysis
- A demonstrated commitment to uplifting colleagues around you with emerging leadership qualities
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in both Business and Home lending
- A customer centric mindset where you inspire those around you
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A proactive attitude to risk and compliance
- You’ll have a solid understanding of policy, verification requirements and knowledge of how to replicate compliance
