Milestones include the development of our own platform to give us greater control; the creation of an E-Commerce distribution centre; international websites and in-store technologies to improve the customer experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Providing data led analysis to demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of a proposed change. Using clear key performance metrics to measure benefits
- Review Business Performance Metrics and identify reasons for non-performance and take the appropriate actions to drive improvements
- Play a lead role in building business cases to secure capital investments
- Own the detailed solution design of logistics improvement activities. Representing the end user at all times. Providing clear business requirements and impact assessments to technical and non-technical teams
- Provide Project Managers with site wide technical knowledge and support needed to manage their projects and measure the results of change
- Participating in PIR (post implementation review) activities including benefits appraisals and the acceptance of a change into BAU
