Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing data led analysis to demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of a proposed change. Using clear key performance metrics to measure benefits
  • Review Business Performance Metrics and identify reasons for non-performance and take the appropriate actions to drive improvements
  • Play a lead role in building business cases to secure capital investments
  • Own the detailed solution design of logistics improvement activities. Representing the end user at all times. Providing clear business requirements and impact assessments to technical and non-technical teams
  • Provide Project Managers with site wide technical knowledge and support needed to manage their projects and measure the results of change
  • Participating in PIR (post implementation review) activities including benefits appraisals and the acceptance of a change into BAU
