Job Responsibilities:

Providing data led analysis to demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of a proposed change. Using clear key performance metrics to measure benefits
Review Business Performance Metrics and identify reasons for non-performance and take the appropriate actions to drive improvements
Play a lead role in building business cases to secure capital investments
Own the detailed solution design of logistics improvement activities. Representing the end user at all times. Providing clear business requirements and impact assessments to technical and non-technical teams
Provide Project Managers with site wide technical knowledge and support needed to manage their projects and measure the results of change
Participating in PIR (post implementation review) activities including benefits appraisals and the acceptance of a change into BAU
