Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring the team, establishing and embedding a Clienteling culture within the Store, considering Clienteling as main approach to drive the business and support commercial priorities to achieve targets assigned to the store.
  • Support the team in building and nurturing long term Client relationships, leveraging the different tools at your disposal.
  • Support the team with consistent coaching, empowering the team in the use of ICON to capture exchanges and identifying individual development and training needs, in close partnership with the Field Coach Trainer to build robust action plans.
  • Supporting the Local Events Manager with the client aspect of all local events/ animations.
  • Developing existing Client Profiles, identifying concrete action plans to increase High End share of the store.
  • Looking after Harrod’s Client Request, providing qualitative feedback
  • Monitoring the client development budget and store client entertainment budget.
  • Partnering with High End Team Managers to create a strong High End Client Portfolio for the Store.
  • Leveraging local and international events coordinating where necessary
  • Drive achievement of Clienteling targets throughout the store such as appointments, share of OTO turnover, wardrobing (silhouette) outreaches, repurchase rate on local new clients, 10k clients.
  • Work actively with Harrods Private Shopping Service, developing their potential
  • Being responsible to achieve all Clienteling targets such as appointments, share of OTO turnover and Top tier clients
  • Organize with the store and Clienteling Team all Virtual Bridge opportunities.
  • Tracking, Monitoring High Client database of the store.Working actively on the recruitment of new Louis Vuitton clients and re-engagement program.
  • Working with HR and Clienteling Head Office department on the allocation of ICON licenses, working with Head Office dedicated department on key technical developments.
  • Support actively the store with MY CR Requests.
  • Monitoring and analyse client purchase behaviours in collaboration with HQ and Store Management
