Job Description:
The CRM Manager is working in the Operational Marketing department based in Dubai, reporting to the Head of Marketing
The CRM Manager is responsible for implementing and optimizing the client strategy of the GCC network. She/he will implement and animate the Clienteling programs (recruiting, retaining and upgrading) , with a community of client development managers based instore.

Job Responsibilities:
- Produce all the events reports, with ROI
- Follow up on the integration and quality of the data Capture
- Implement and optimize the roll out of the CRM tools in the boutiques
- Extraction and analysis of client data for different purposes: Direct Marketing Campaign, Events, Benchmark, client’s knowledge for product BU etc
- Produce weekly reporting of CLIENTELING KPIs
- In charge of the Direct Marketing Budget
- Define and monitor the CRM objectives for the region
- Train the retail team on CRM programs and CRM tools
- Manage all the CRM gifts
Job Requirements:
- Very proficient in Excel (advance pivot, match, vlookup etc)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills as you will have partner in the office as well in retail
- Master degree ( business school) with a first experience in data analysis finance or client data or business analyst
