Job Description:
The Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the LSE teaches and conducts cutting-edge research that is both based in and applied to the real world. We are looking for someone who is on the path to becoming a world-leading specialist in Behavioural Science, with a focus on wellbeing, who can forge strong inter-disciplinary links across the School. The successful candidate will not only be an outstanding researcher, but also an inspirational teacher who will be a core part of the team that positions our new MSc in Behavioural Science as a leading global degree that attracts the best students from across the UK and around the world.

Job Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will contribute to the intellectual life of the School through conducting and publishing outstanding quality research, engaging in high quality teaching as instructed by the Head of Department, and participating in the School and wider Department activities.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have expertise and research interests in Behavioural Science, with a focus on human wellbeing and its relation to research areas in Psychological and Behavioural Science, with a completed PhD in a Behavioural Science related discipline (e.g. Economics, Psychology). They should have experience in teaching Behavioural Science at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and a track record or emerging trajectory of internationally excellent publications in the area of human wellbeing. A clear, well developed and viable strategy for future outstanding research in the area of human wellbeing that has the potential to result in world-leading publications; and an ability to undertake research that has impact and the ability to engage in knowledge exchange is also essential.
