Job Description:
The Teaching Quality Assurance and Review Office is seeking applications for a full-time Surveys Officer to join our small team of central quality assurance practitioners. It provides an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the School’s infrastructure and support the delivery of the School’s teaching evaluation surveys – both at course and programme-level.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who is well organised and confident in handling large amounts of data. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. They should be self-motivated, with effective communication and analytical skills. Experience of university administration and knowledge of surveying software would be distinct advantages.
In addition to seeing to day-to-day administrative duties, the role also offers the postholder the chance to contribute to processes which will enhance the service delivery of the survey operation across the School, as well as to assist in the analysis and presentation of the survey outcome data.
