Job Description:
Under the direction of the Sales Director, implement the Division’s sales and distribution strategy in the sales outlets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned turnover to achieve regional growth objectives
- Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers.
- Sales planning and accuracy to be achieved in route planning, sales cycle and quadrant planning & seamless quality of sales
- Assess and grow the top 80/20 customers through Joint business planning, quarterly reviews and strong customer engagement
- Influence activations successful planning through teams training, review and implementation of promotion cycle
- Cross functional collaboration across trade marketing, marketing, finance and supply chain to achieve profitable sales.
- Motivate sales teams in the region: recruit, develop, manage his/her teams, ensure the development of their expertise and know-how. Implement organizational changes.
- Develop a strong regional network and capacity of influence among key customers
- Track, share competitor insight information benchmarking on the company objectives and how to actions on how to counter
- Manage and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a related business field
- Team Management experience
- Mastery of Commercial fundamentals
- Great communication skills
- Proactive and assertive with strong relational and networking skills
- Great analytics capacity
- Grit – tenacity at pursuing commercial goals
- Experience with joint business planning
