Job Description:

If you’ve always fancied yourself as a detective, then this role could be for you. With an eye for detail you’ll investigate trends and report on key themes, looking into wastage to protect our profit. You’ll protect your fellow Partners patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.

Job Responsibilities:

Your passion for selling will enable you to provide guidance to customers on our products from washing machines to womenswear. We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge to advise customers with confidence.

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail/accuracy.
Good customer service skills.
Previous experience in a loss prevention role.
Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
As part of the business protection team you’ll use your excellent communication skills to educate Partners on risk management and report your findings with accuracy. You’ll work on a rota basis, and may be responsible for opening and locking the shop, providing a 24/7 365 rota callout response.
Strong communication skills.
