We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join us in Leeds, responsible for leading a Team to deliver a wide range of first-class training and development across our business. This includes our successful Management Development programme as well as our induction and values training course, Take Me There, the cornerstone of our Company culture.


Job Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on ensuring your team design and implement a variety of blended training solutions according to our defined strategic roadmap, taking into consideration the needs of our fast paced and growing business. You’ll continually gain feedback from across the business, updating and improving the training provision to continue to meet and exceed expectations. Above all, you will play a lead role in growing and innovating our centre of training excellence as the key Learning & Development stakeholder partner.

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced Learning & Development Manager with an extensive background in Training across the full cycle of Learning as well as proven ability to have business impact. You will have significant experience designing, delivering and improving training materials on a large scale, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. A confident and credible leader, you will have managed Learning & Development teams in a fast paced environment. You will also be well organised, able to meet deadlines and work autonomously on occasions.
