Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on market movements, competitor analysis & intelligence, attraction strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions for executive and senior level roles.
  • Work to defined processes, ensuring best practice at all times.
  • Consult on new requirements, recommend and action recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives and Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, their deliverables and needs.
  • Work within predefined recruitment processes, ensuring best practice at all times.
  • Act as a reference and escalation point for customers, to further develop the relationship with the customer.
  • Own the relationship with the short-listed candidates invited for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided in line with the SLA.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment including recruitment administration for any needs within this business area; this will be multidisciplinary.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering senior and executive level hiring in a client environment.
  • 3+ years of solid tenure in executing search assignments within executive search organizations
  • 5 years of extensive recruitment experience at executive level across North America
  • Solid understanding of the client’s business model and drivers.
  • Deep understanding of Logistics & Services – preferred experience working for a global logistics provider
  • IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to network within a customer organization and market to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
  • Ability to travel as required (typically 10% of time)
