As a Kitchen Steward, you will oversee the back of house operation by ensuring proper maintenance of all operating equipment and dishwashers. You will provide the highest level of attention to detail towards the cleanliness and sanitation of all food and beverage storage areas.
- Operate dishwashers to ensure every item is sanitised correctly
- Clean and tidy the kitchen spaces around the hotel
- Keep Storerooms clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure hygiene and health and safety standards are met at all times
- Oversee the smooth operation of the hotels loading bay including relocating deliveries and waste disposal bins while following safe manual handling practises.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure everything we do provides excellent service to our guests.
