Job Description:

An opportunity has become available for a temporary Management Assistant (6 months). This is a part time role of 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide a range of support services to the Senior Leadership Team of Hampshire Constabulary. Duties will include (but are not limited to)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Recording key decisions, actions and risks at relevant meetings, producing typed full minutes of meetings where required.
  • Liaising with internal and external key partners and stakeholders, including collating information required to respond to internal and external enquiries.
  • Creating and maintain a variety of computerised records and indices specific to roles and Commands.
  • Maintaining and managing Command communications through the Intranet, bulletins and newsletters.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to take ownership
  • Collaborative
  • Ability to analyze critically

Qualification & Experience:

  • Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in a office environment.
  • Substantial experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout.
  • Computer literate – experienced in the production and use of Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
