Open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner across a menu inspired by the season for a modern London with familiar favourites alongside a fine dining experience.
Our luxury all day dining restaurant is looking for experienced Waiters / Waitresses to join the family! We have four fantastic restaurant located in St. James’s.

Job Responsibilities:
- The ability to manage large sections of guests, giving each and every one the 45 Jermyn St. experience
- Work with the Restaurant team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
- Ensuring Restaurant is prepped for each shift e.g.; preparing the bread and butter for the stations and waiter stations are properly stocked,
- Condiments prepped and mis en place for the pass.
- Polishing of cutlery completed quickly and efficiently
- Create and deliver an extraordinary customer experience, meeting all targets set
- Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
Job Requirements:
- Commis Waiter experience within a restaurant
