Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Strategic Workforce Planning and Forecasting to help facilitate post M&A organization resource alignment
  • Develop business requirements for future state tools and technology solutions
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops
  • Perform gap analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of tools, technologies, and processes involved in workforce planning and resource allocation in professional services (Workday, Workfront, etc.)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Planning and Talent Management
  • Understanding of human resource allocation and project staffing processes in the professional services industry
  • Expertise in process engineering, including mapping of current state processes, gathering pain points, and designing future state processes in working sessions
  • Experience developing business requirements for future state tools and technology solutions
