Job Description:
A well-qualified, inspirational and experienced leader, is required to join the Senior Leadership Management Team, to lead the educational provision for children aged 7-11 (Years 3-6). New Hall operates a diamond model educational structure, with a mixture of single-sex and co-educational teaching. The School has six Divisions: Nursery, Pre-Prep, Preparatory, Girls, Boys and Sixth Form. Applications are invited from primary and secondary trained candidates.
Reporting to the Principal, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills and a demonstrable commitment to independent education. Contribution to the co-curricular life of the School is expected. New Hall has outstanding provision in sport, music and the performing and creative arts. This is a superb professional opportunity to join a large and strong senior team in a vibrant and forward-thinking school, with 1,500 students and around 400 employees.
All candidates will be fully supportive of the School’s Catholic ethos, working closely with the Chaplaincy Team and the resident Priest Chaplain.
