We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to service after-sales calls from our customers and provide the excellent service that our customers expect.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Answer calls in professional manner within agreed timescales and KPIS
  • Process customer requests/queries efficiently and accurately. These may include
  • Taking balance payments
  • Travel agent’s commission & VAT queries
  • Prebooking seats, special meal requests
  • Processing booking amendments and cancellations
  • Take an active part in training sessions, team meetings, briefings and 1-to-1

Job Requirements

  • GCSE/educated – Maths & English language grade 9-4/’C’ or above – or equivalen
  • Customer Service experience – ideally in a contact centre environment
  • A keen interest in the travel industry, ideally with a passion for travel
  • Accurate
  • IT literate
  • Numerate
  • Travel industry experience – desirable
