Job Description:

To handle the implementation of all Learning & Development (L&D) operational activities and supports the L&D Team Head by enabling the implementation of the set developmental plans for specific business/ functions/ areas through the availed different learning solutions including in-house, local and overseas programs in addition to post graduate studies and digital leaning solutions to ensure efficiency & effectiveness of delivery in alignment with the approved training plan maintaining the set standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop operational activities to enable the implementation of the agreed training plans directed to certain business and ensure proper handling of all respective programs’ logistics in terms of scheduling employees training rounds in line with the selection criteria set for each program.
  • Ensure close monitor on the training feedback and maintain updated and accurate records of assigned programs evaluations and report analysis to relevant stakeholders to support in enhancing programs’ quality.
  • Support the RM in the contracting process and communicating with vendors and external stakeholders across different specializations to spot and identify the technical offers that would support in the agreed training plan for certain business and within the vendor management framework and ensure processing all vendor’s payments accurately in a timely manner to avoid operational risks.
  • Support in the process of providing local & overseas events to ensure meeting the business development needs while ensuring on-going cost effectiveness against the required approvals, budget and the set policies in relevance.
  • Support the RM in maintaining a strong track record of in-house programs performance in terms of enrolment, absence ratio, waiting list and back log , % of trained staff from the assigned business area/ function/ department, to ensure that the recommended trainings are provided to the relevant staff members
  • Implement professional digital learning opportunities, which focus on the innovative use of technology and monitor the development & implementation of the agreed upon digital learning tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the actual executed training plans and maintain accurate updating of the training staff profiles on L&D LMS.
  • Handle strategic projects designed in relevance to the assigned line of business/ area function to facilitate acquisition of knowledge, skills, and abilities required for CIB employees.
  • Support in the implementation of seasonal projects in alignment with bank’s strategy, in terms of accuracy of records and data in relevance to the said projects.
  • Ensure application of the training ground rules as well as the preservation of the training rooms’ assets through assisting in the L&D premises management and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
  • Minimum to 2 – 4 years of experience in the Learning & Development function
  • Willing to travel occasionally outside Cairo according to the nature of the event (including weekends)
  • Good command of English & Arabic Languages
  • Good communication, presentation & organizing skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Adept in use of MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word, Internet and e-mail as well as the Oracle System
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills
