Job Description:

The Aladdin Business is growing rapidly, with the volume and complexity of new client deals and strategic partnerships increasing each year. We are looking to hire a senior leader in the United Kingdom to lead and scale the contracting process and serve as a senior business negotiator for client and vendor contract discussions. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of our business goals, operations and risks, and have the necessary experience to represent Aladdin Business interests in contract negotiations. The candidate will also work closely with Aladdin Business leaders to refine business, operations and contracting strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Commercial Operations across Europe, partnering with Business Development and Aladdin Client Engagement on pricing and commercial matters
Help drive new partnership opportunities across the global business
Assist or lead negotiations of Global Opportunities
Develop subject matter expertise and oversee all global contracting for eFront products
Build more scalable and efficient process to address growing volume and complexity of client and partnership negotiations
Lead client engagement and negotiation of complex, European client and partnership opportunities through a business-centric lens
Partner with BRS/eFront Legal team to improve form of client agreements and key negotiating positions

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and client senior management
Track record of leading successful commercial client negotiations, particularly around technology services, partnership agreements and key data providers
Experience implementing scalable and repeatable business processes
Deep understanding of technology and/or financial institutions, with 12+ years of relevant industry experience
