Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager of Driver Lifecycle and Experience to join our Europe Delivery Service Partner business. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners to develop engagement programs that help Partners recognize delivery associate accomplishments, celebrate milestones and show appreciation for the work they do. Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners and their Delivery Associates are delivering smiles in their communities on a daily basis. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Delivery Service Partners and stakeholders to develop mechanisms that improve drivers experience at every lifecycle milestone. The Senior Manager will own the strategy and execution for pan-EU programs. The Senior Manager and Deliver Service Partners will leverage data and machine learning models to develop strategies that enhance the ability of Partners to attract and retain drivers. The Senior Manager will analyze all areas of driver experience and develop strategies that ensure Delivery Service Partners offer the best package delivery experience in Europe. As a key leader in the rapidly growing Delivery Service Partner Program, the Senior Manager will build a high performing team through both hiring and development to meet these goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy for engaging with Delivery Service Partners on all matters regarding all stages of DA experience to reduce driver pain points and contributing factors of driver attrition.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the experience of our Delivery Associates, combining data with anecdotes to develop perspective at the forefront of program / product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor stakeholder execution to improve the driver experience and program executions.
  • Define core strategy to improve the Driver experience; develop strategic experience programs, translate them into a high-impact project roadmap, and execute these programs and strategies.
  • Hire and develop a high performing team

Qualification & Experience:

  • Strong executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA and/or advanced degree
  • Experience working with or implementing processes and systems to facilitate large-scale change management
  • Prior relevant experience in program, product, human resources, customer service or related field
  • Prior experience managing a team
