Since being acquired by Amazon in early 2019, eero has experienced tremendous growth. As the business continues to grow and scale, eero is building a world-class marketing organization and is looking for an exceptional Sr. Product Marketing Manager that can lead Product Marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for eero Hardware launches globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert on buyers and customers on the B2C side of the business. Own market research projects that uncover customer and market insights that influence the product roadmap.
  • Have an obsession to drive better customer experiences through everything that we do.
  • Conduct business and financial analyses, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of key finance, sales and marketing metrics.
  • This role is global in nature – will work with teams that support a global presence. Build strong internal relationships in eero and Amazon. Influence internal teams including other regions to deliver the right results for our business growth.
  • Own overall pricing strategy, forecasting in partnership with the product, sales, product marketing, and BD teams. This role will focus on retail launches, and will partner with PMM’s who own launches for the Pro Installer and Internet-Service-Provider(ISP) channels.
  • Drive eero’s product marketing and go-to-market planning and execution for consumer/retail hardware programs globally. This includes the creation and deployment of portfolio strategy through the launch of new products and releases.
  • Partner cross-functionally (e.g. Amazon) to drive innovative launch and always-on marketing programs that are impactful to the business and increase brand and product awareness.

Job Requirements:

  • Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization
  • Excellent time management skills. Never misses a deadline and ensures that others don’t either.
  • Superb written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical category experience or desire to become technically versed in the networking category.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans, as well as owning product marketing activities (value propositions, positioning, 4P’s).
  • Past driving new business segment or services launches
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
  • 5+ years of demonstrable product marketing, go-to-market, product management, and/or program management experience with hardware programs or smart home devices.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
  • A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
