Amazon Style, Amazon’s first-ever physical store featuring men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories is seeking an exceptionally talented Marketing Manager to support the development and launch of content and social-focused marketing initiatives. We are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our highly collaborative start-up like environment inside Amazon. You will be part of the Marketing team with the mandate to help build a brand customers’ love while driving awareness, customer engagement and acquisition, and store traffic. The successful candidate will be a marketing generalist with the demonstrated ability to bring to life marketing programs that drive customer engagement and conversion. This role will partner closely with creative and brand teams to strategically create and implement multi-platform content strategies that consistently deliver a brand propelling narrative, and awareness. Additionally, a member of the team, you will lead the development, creation and implementation of social strategies across existing and emerging platforms. This candidate will define mechanisms to execute on our vision for social, as well as implement the reporting structures for teams to optimize content regularly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead social channel expansion, follower growth and engagement, product discovery, and purchase consideration on social media.
  • Dive deep on customer engagement and social media analytics, driving new follower growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
  • Leverage operational expertise to architect structural content creation processes to consistently deliver content at scale that inspires, and encourages discovery.
  • Implement measurable seasonal story content strategies that ladder up to department goals, and delivers on multiple objectives, including brand building,
  • Create actionable reporting mechanisms (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and insights that inform content and strategy optimization.
  • Optimize organic social media channels for revenue potential and purchase consideration.
  • Work across Amazon teams to create innovative initiatives and marketing campaigns that engage our customers through new content types and experiences.
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to create a unified brand expression across social customer touchpoints including organic and paid channels.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of social media experience in creating and implementing social content strategies
  • Track record of effectively influencing senior leadership within an organization
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure impact of programs
  • Must be comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis
  • 5+ years’ experience in retail, online and/or consumer marketing
  • Ability to influence others to drive your key business KPIs
  • Experience in paid social and/or media planning, including experience with social amplification tools such as Sprinklr, as well as native platform tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
