Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prioritize user issues and gaps to inform product roadmaps and provide guidance on address problems effectively and consistently
  • Create design artifacts as needed based on defined business and user needs (e.g., journey maps, information flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, navigation models, screen flows)
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, such as user interviews, field studies, surveys, and usability tests with internal sales teams
  • Facilitate testing to identify whether features and products meet business and usability objectives (e.g., usability tests, summative tests, industry/competitive comparisons)
  • Contribute user-centered input to functional interaction requirements and user stories
  • Work with a Product Delivery Manager to prototype, test, implement and validate interaction requirements

  • Experience improving and optimizing user experiences with tools and processes

  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple geographies
  • Understanding of usability standard methodologies.
